1. Using KPOP MAGAZINE

KPOP MAGAZINE publishes music journalism, artist information, release listings and chart methodology. By using this website, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. YouTube features

By using the website’s YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of information is explained in the Google Privacy Policy. Videos remain hosted by YouTube and subject to the uploader’s and platform’s availability and restrictions.

3. Independent charts

KPOP MAGAZINE 50 is an independent editorial chart, not an official YouTube chart or a product endorsed by YouTube or Google. Seven-day growth, positions and chart history are calculated by KPOP MAGAZINE from permitted public observations. They are not metrics supplied directly by YouTube. Eligibility, measurement windows and limitations are described in the chart methodology.

The chart is currently in preparation. Automated collection and live rankings are not active. No historical statistics will be invented. When available, results may be delayed, withheld or corrected if source data is incomplete, unavailable or requires review. Archives remain subject to applicable data retention and deletion requirements.

4. Content and acceptable use

Articles and original presentation belong to their respective rights holders. Linked music, videos, artist images and trademarks remain the property of their owners. Viewing this site does not grant a licence to copy or redistribute third-party content. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.

5. Accuracy and availability

We aim to publish accurate information, but release plans and third-party content can change. Please report errors with supporting sources. The site is provided as available; continuous access and error-free information cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
